Design & Gasoline
“Everyone wants to be free, but it’s one thing to talk about it and quite another to be it”, Easy rider.
On this occasion, Minimal Studio presents a very special commission, everything arose after a long conversation between motor lovers and ended with the execution of a unique project in a specific enclave in Florida, specifically Miami.
Every motor lover does not conceive of the vehicle as a means of transportation in itself, but rather elevates it to the category of a work of art and object that is usable and enjoyable.
The objective of this project has been to provide the correct exhibition packaging to highlight and expose each of the collection pieces of this specific client. Creating a private art gallery focused on the motor world and its derivatives.
A totally diaphanous space has been arranged made up of materials from the world of automobiles and two wheels, such as metal, alcantara and carbon. Concrete, carbon metal and the addictive aroma of gasoline and oil in contrast to the evolution of the different existing metal alloys.
A ceiling with mobile lighting has been created which ends in an infinite effect that sharpens the senses when entering the premises, its movement serves as a visual guide, mimicking the different colors and chromatic elements.
We have radicalized the acoustic concept by creating a metallic rebound around the perimeter after the ignition of one of the naturally aspirated V10 engines in the collection, or the sonic purity of a ’78 Ironhead, a symphony for our ears.
Once again Minimal Studio highlights the Design & Gasoline concept at its maximum expression. Gasoline, rubber, carbon, metal, carburation, injection and above all design.
