Mallorca Design Day goes up the catwalk | Minimal Studio
The founder of Minimal Studio, Juan David Martínez Jofre, has been chosen to present the first parade of design pieces on a Spanish catwalk. This groundbreaking concept included a capsule collection of specially created furniture for the occasion.

The Mallorca Design Day event culminated with a big catwalk featuring eight chairs by Minimal Studio.
The models, dressed in overalls from the same brand, paraded the eight pieces of furniture by pushing them around on large platforms.

Each piece is unique in terms of execution, materials, and intention. The collection includes chairs with unexpected features, such as an armoured glass lounger with steel stitching and chairs made entirely of cast concrete or glass plates.
Minimal Studio's latest flagship project, the Rock 'n' Rolla chair, was unveiled exclusively during the event. This piece of furniture pays homage to the world of rock music by using 41 drumsticks to support the wooden base. The chair's design is irreverent, sexy and loaded with a rock 'n' roll attitude. This captivating piece of furniture encapsulates Minimal Studio's trademark style and aesthetics.
