The studio of architecture and interior design, Minimal Studio, presents the commission for the design of a modular single-family housing. The house has a constructed area of 160m2, divided into three levels: ground floor, first floor and covered floor.

On this occasion, the client entrusted us with a housing project with reduced dimensions and a low execution cost, which will stand out due to its design.

Minimal Studio’s proposal is a modern home, characterized by its large rear cantilever which gives great slenderness and depth to the building.
The rectilinear volumes and the contrast of materials predominate. Where the lower shaft of the house will be coated with black glass or white composite and the upper shaft of smooth concrete.

Materials such as glass or composite, together with concrete, give the construction a unique visual experience. The surrounding environment highlights the huge porch created by the cantilever and the pool with dimensions in accordance with the building.

The common areas of the house meet on the ground floor, leaving the main ones (dining room, living room, kitchen and laundry room) in a diaphanous space, open to the outside by a large practicable window, giving the house a great sense of spaciousness.
A translucent glass spiral staircase gives access to the upper floor, which forms the epicentre of the house, connecting the two volumes reaching a large distributor.

On the upper floor, we find a master bedroom and two secondary bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms. In addition, there is a large dressing room.

The lighting is resolved by recessed LED luminaries, in addition to spotlights in the bedrooms.

On the covered floor one can enjoy a wide covered transitable floor which offers a spectacular panoramic view of the surroundings.
