The studio of architecture and interior design, Minimal Studio, presents the commission for the design of a modular single-family housing. The house has a constructed area of 247m2, distributed over three levels: ground floor, first floor and covered floor.

Below are graphic details of this single-family housing project.

The proposal of Minimal Studio supposes a modern and functional house, adapting to the methodology of modular construction. Where rectilinear and simple forms enliven the facade.

Rectilinear volumes predominate, with serial and superposed planes, very geometrical, alleviating the fundamentally horizontal character of the property.
White with corten steel take ownership of the whole, creating contrasts and opening the house to the outside through large windows. The pool of large dimensions, highlights the surrounding environment.

The common areas of the house meet on the ground floor, with the main ones (dining room and living room), in a double height open space that occupies an entire wing of this level, giving the house a great feeling of spaciousness. We also find a toilet and bedroom for guests, as well as the laundry.

A large pivoting window is proposed as the epicentre of the home, which connect the living room, aligning it with the outdoor pool, creating a unique aura.
The lighting is resolved thanks to the creation of a recessed retro-illuminated false ceiling.

On the first floor there are areas for private use, such as the two bedrooms with their own bathroom of great dimensions, as well as a reading or rest area lit naturally by the double height of the living room and large window.

On the covered floor you can enjoy a wide covered transitable floor which offers a spectacular panoramic view of the surroundings.
